Exceptional service from Will & his team when we had an issue with snapped hinges on some folding doors. After 3 companies telling us they couldn’t do it Will took the time to locate the required hinges via his suppliers and two fitters came out and did the job impeccably. I must also add that the fitters’ workmanship was top notch, they were very tidy and genuinely nice lads.

PW&T have just installed new windows and a door in my 1890's house.
We sit in a conservation area and in a property where 'permitted development' does not apply - full planning permission is required.
From the first moment I met Will, I realised he knew exactly what he was talking about and exactly the type of heritage sash windows we'd be able to get through the planning process. He even assisted with our application and provided invaluable advice when the conservation officer expressed reservations - they were unfounded, but still had to be addressed and responded to.
Several weeks later, with permission granted, Will's team arrived to start work and over the course of ten days proved to be the nicest, most professional and conscientious group of workers I've had at the house.
Even when a manufacturers problem meant one window was the wrong size, Will dealt with it very swiftly (driving to the manufacturers 2 hours away) to get the window remade and installed just a few days later.
In short, I can't recommend this company enough. They know what they are doing, and even hoover up at the end of each day! They give a full written quotation up front, and stick to it with no 'hidden extras'. Thank you Will.

Can’t recommend enough. Will came within 20 mins of phoning him to look at a window for me, and soon sorted measuring and fitting as soon as window came in. The guys who fitted covered all carpets and made no mess at all and fitted window perfect making no mess. If needed won't hesitate to use them again in future
